The Shoshone Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Reservation is in the market to

purchase one modular housing unit to be delivered and set on the Duck Valley

Reservation.

The modular housing unit is for a single wide, constructed with HUD code

specifications, 25 year composite wood exterior siding or vinyl siding , 2” x 6”

exterior walls, R-38 insulation in roof, R-19 insulation in exterior walls, R-22

insulation in floors, 25 year composition shingle roof, 36 inch exterior doors, dual

pane Low-E vinyl windows, 40 gallon electric water heater, textured dry wall

finished interior. Appliances to include refrigerator, electric range and furnace.

NOTE: Energy Star equipment and appliances. Approximate floor space to be 900

to 950 square feet. 2 bedrooms are preferred. Complete features should be noted,

complete listing of features, style of unit, number of days to delivery upon order,

include manufacturer’s warranty. List any other options and floorplans at the

proposed price.

The Shoshone Paiute Tribes will construct the foundation for the unit. Therefore,

upon award of the contract, the contractor must provide the construction

specifications for the foundation of the unit. The Tribe will construct all the cement

flat work such as stairway, handicap ramp, side walks and parking pad. All utilities

will be connected to the unit by the Tribe.

The Shoshone Paiute Tribes will award the contract for purchasing the housing unit

to the lowest responsible proposal. The Tribe is looking for the best price with the

best value.The Shoshone Paiute Tribes reserves the right to reject any and all

proposals for this project when it is in the best interest of the Tribe.
