The Governing Body of the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes shall consist of a council known as the Business Council.
The Membership of this Council consists of a Chairman and 6 Council Members duly elected to serve 3 years.
A Chairman shall be elected every 3 years and 2 Council Members shall be elected each year.
General Elections are held yearly in April.
